Daryl N Shorter
Daryl Shorter is a licensed Broker-In-Charge. He can assist you in buying, selling or renting your home. He oversees and handles the day-to-day affairs of Doug Shorter Property Management, Inc., closely working with an office staff including licensed sales associates and a property manager.
Douglas Shorter has more than 30 years experience in property management. He established Doug Shorter Property Management, Inc. in 1991.
Marie Shorter will greet you in person and on the phone when you call Doug Shorter Property Management, Inc.
Kim Dennis is a licensed Sales Associate and Property Manager. She has been in customer service for more than 30 years. Kim handles all aspects of applications and rental payments.
Kimberly Hinson is a licensed Property Manager. She has been in customer service for more than 25 years. Kimberly handles marketing, technology, and works with vendors to get repair issues addressed.
Suzanne Saulisbury is our property inspector, she has been with us since 2011.
Kristen is our administrative assistant and handles HOA questions and concerns.

I have been renting with them for nearly 4 yrs. They have always been nice and helpful. They care a lot about the property because they do an inspection every six months. There has never been issues though and the woman who does the inspection is so nice and friendly and quick about it. I like that I can pay rent online because driving to their office is a hassle for me. I rarely have maintenance issues. When I have needed maintenance however I got a fast reply and they come as quickly as their schedule can allow. I have had little issues that are normal like a toilet running, garbage disposal getting stuck, and our AC went out once last summer. This is over four yrs so I think its pretty good. Their Maintenance people are nice and quick too.
The staff at Doug Shorter Property Management was very professional and very friendly. They took care of all the paperwork in a very timely manner. We have been renting from them for about 12 months now and are very happy and content with the professional way they have managed and took care of the rental property we live at.
