We market your home through several channels, including our website where we have more than 3k unique visitors monthly. We sync all of our listings to multiple real estate sites, including Zillow, Trulia, HotPads, Realtor.com, along with our Social Media Resources.
Your home is thoroughly inspected before, during and after each occupancy. If we're going to manage your home as if it were our own, we have to physically see it on a periodic basis. During a pre-inspection of your property, we make an inventory of possessions that could be removed or damaged by a resident. While your home is occupied we provide routine inspections on a periodic basis to ensure your investment is being properly maintained.
If and when it becomes necessary to accomplish repairs at your property, we can accomplish the repairs for you or make arrangements with the specific company you prefer. We follow up on each repair to ensure quality workmanship and determine if the resident is responsible for the repair.
We pride ourselves on our quick turnaround time in disbursing funds to you. All reports are computerized, making it simple to understand where your funds are going. In addition, you will have 24/7 access to your property's financial information through your owner portal.

Referral of a new owner for property management & leasing services, where we secure a long term (1 year) management contract and place a qualified tenant in the property.
Referral on a tenant who (after you, as their agent have shown the property) completes an application, is qualified and approved, and signs a binding long term lease for a rental of one of our properties.
*Percentage is paid out only if the resident signs a 1-year lease agreement.

However, you need a realtor’s license to access MLS unique database. We will put your listing on MLS, which will guarantee your property will be seen by as many people as possible and it will be sold quickly.

If you are not comfortable showing your own house, we can handle an open house for you. We will collect all of the offers, present them to you and even negotiate about the price on your behalf.
